Certification and Seal
Customers be warned, you may not be able to trust websites without a Hack Resistant seal!
The certification process has two parts, the seal and the certificate:
1. Seal: Each seal has a date that identifies the validity of the certificate based on the date the website was successfully scanned for vulnerabilities. If a website fails any high priority vulnerability tests, the webmaster is informed and has the chance to resolve their vulnerability issue within a reasonable time frame.

If the problem is not resolved the certificate will not show "NOT VERIFIED" as below:

*Size and look of actual certificate may very.
2. Certificate: When a seal is clicked on the details of the full certificate is shown. This is how a customer can find out if the certification is real and for this website. A green checkmark indicates that all four procedures have been done on the website successfully (Daily scans of your website for vulnerabilities, initial check of your business identity, and initial check of your SSL status). Make sure to check the address next to "Website: " against the address of the website you were just visiting to make sure you are not being deceived.
